6. Confidentiality & Supervision
All engagement content and session material is confidential. Nothing is shared without your permission.
For professional standards compliance, the Leadership Performance Partner may discuss anonymised themes with a qualified supervisor. Your identity is never shared in supervision.
No identifiable information leaves the engagement.
7. AI Devices & Recording
To maintain the integrity of this engagement:
Any AI listening devices or recording tools active in your workspace during sessions should be disabled, unless explicitly agreed in advance. This is a confidentiality requirement, not a preference.
Sessions may only be recorded with explicit prior consent from both parties.
8. How We Store Your Data
Your data may be stored in the following secure platforms:
Google Workspace - email, documents, calendar
Zoom - where sessions are recorded with consent
WhatsApp - end-to-end encrypted
ScoreApp - diagnostic and quiz results
Stripe / PayPal - payment processing
Acuity / Squarespace - scheduling
Notion - contract PDFs only, not session content
Password-protected folders and cloud storage
All systems are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.
9. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain data only for as long as necessary:
Session notes: up to 6 years
Contracts, invoices, and financial records: 6–10 years
Emails and WhatsApp messages: up to 3 years
ScoreApp results: until you request deletion
Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe
You may request deletion of your data at any time, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
10. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data may only be shared with:
Legal authorities, where required by law
Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for transaction processing
Qualified supervisors - anonymised content only, never identifiable
Corporate sponsors - structural outcomes only, never session content, and only within the boundaries agreed before the engagement begins
You will always be informed when sharing is required or relevant.
