This Privacy Policy explains how The Growth Collective Coaching - operating as The Leadership Reset™ - collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French and EU law.

This policy applies to all clients, corporate sponsors, and contacts engaged through The Leadership Reset™ and The Growth Collective Coaching.

Your privacy is taken seriously. This policy is written to be clear and direct.

The Growth Collective Coaching operates The Leadership Reset™, a private leadership performance practice. Services delivered under this practice include:

  • The 4-Week Reset Sprint

  • The Leadership Reset™

  • The Ongoing Strategic Partnership

  • Corporate and organisational engagements by separate arrangement

The Growth Collective Coaching acts as the data controller for all personal information collected and processed in the course of delivering these services.

 

3. What Personal Data We Collect 

We may collect and process the following types of personal data: 

Contact and Identity

  • Name, email address, phone number

  • Job title and company name

  • Postal address

Engagement Information

  • Goals, challenges, and areas of focus

  • Session notes prepared by the Leadership Performance Partner

  • Assessments, reflections, and documents you choose to share

Communications

  • Emails and WhatsApp messages

  • Voice notes

  • Scheduling information

  • Call summaries or transcripts, where explicitly authorised

Technical Data

  • IP address, device and browser information

  • Website usage data via analytics cookies

Payment Information

  • Processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal)

  • Full card details are never stored by us

Corporate Engagements (where applicable)

  • Employer and sponsor contact details

  • Attendance data

  • Optional 360 or stakeholder feedback, where agreed in advance

We collect data when you:

  • Complete an intake form or diagnostic

  • Book or attend sessions

  • Send emails, WhatsApp messages, or voice notes

  • Complete assessments or share documents

  • Interact with our website

  • Process payments or invoices

5. Why We Use Your Data

To deliver the engagement

  • Managing sessions and direct access between them

  • Mapping and working on your leadership environment

  • Keeping accurate session notes in line with ICF ethical standards

To communicate with you

  • Scheduling, reminders, and session resources

  • Follow-up summaries and support messages

To operate the practice (legitimate interest)

  • Invoicing, accounting, and contract management

  • Meeting legal and regulatory obligations

To improve the work

  • Reviewing structural work and its application in your environment

  • Analysing assessment results

  • Coaching supervision — anonymised only, never identifiable

With your consent

  • Newsletters and leadership performance content

  • Programme and offer announcements

Consent can be withdrawn anytime. 

6. Confidentiality & Supervision 

All engagement content and session material is confidential. Nothing is shared without your permission.

For professional standards compliance, the Leadership Performance Partner may discuss anonymised themes with a qualified supervisor. Your identity is never shared in supervision. 

No identifiable information leaves the engagement.

7. AI Devices & Recording

To maintain the integrity of this engagement:

  • Any AI listening devices or recording tools active in your workspace during sessions should be disabled, unless explicitly agreed in advance. This is a confidentiality requirement, not a preference.

  • Sessions may only be recorded with explicit prior consent from both parties.

8. How We Store Your Data 

Your data may be stored in the following secure platforms:

  • Google Workspace - email, documents, calendar

  • Zoom - where sessions are recorded with consent

  • WhatsApp - end-to-end encrypted

  • ScoreApp - diagnostic and quiz results

  • Stripe / PayPal - payment processing

  • Acuity / Squarespace - scheduling

  • Notion - contract PDFs only, not session content

  • Password-protected folders and cloud storage

All systems are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.

9. How Long We Keep Your Data 

We retain data only for as long as necessary:

  • Session notes: up to 6 years

  • Contracts, invoices, and financial records: 6–10 years

  • Emails and WhatsApp messages: up to 3 years

  • ScoreApp results: until you request deletion

  • Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe

You may request deletion of your data at any time, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

10. Sharing Your Data 

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data may only be shared with:

  • Legal authorities, where required by law

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for transaction processing

  • Qualified supervisors - anonymised content only, never identifiable

  • Corporate sponsors - structural outcomes only, never session content, and only within the boundaries agreed before the engagement begins

You will always be informed when sharing is required or relevant.

11. Your GDPR Rights 

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Object to processing

  • Restrict processing

  • Request a portable copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format

  • Withdraw consent at any time

  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Clients are never added to marketing lists without explicit consent.

  • ScoreApp, Acuity, Squarespace

  • Stripe, PayPal

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. Where data is processed outside the European Union, appropriate safeguards are in place — including Standard Contractual Clauses - to ensure GDPR-compliant protection.

16. Changes to This Policy 

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on the website with the latest revision date. Where changes are material, clients will be notified directly.
